Description

Easy and delicious sheet pan pancakes perfect for family breakfasts or brunches.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Cooking spray
  • Toppings of your choice (syrup, fruit, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Make sure it’s all well mixed.
  3. Whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter in a separate bowl until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix to keep your pancakes fluffy.
  5. Pour the batter onto the prepared sheet pan, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until your pancakes are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Cut into squares and serve with your favorite toppings.
