Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Cooking spray
- Toppings of your choice (syrup, fruit, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Make sure it’s all well mixed.
- Whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix to keep your pancakes fluffy.
- Pour the batter onto the prepared sheet pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until your pancakes are golden brown and cooked through.
- Cut into squares and serve with your favorite toppings.
