Ingredients

- 400g spaghetti
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 100ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then add minced garlic and red pepper flakes.
- Cook until garlic is golden, then remove from heat.
- Drain spaghetti and add it to the pan with the garlic oil.
- Stir to combine, then season with salt.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan if desired.
Notes
For an extra kick, add more red pepper flakes. Use gluten-free pasta to make it gluten-free.
