A hearty and satisfying baked ziti that’s perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients

- 12 oz ziti pasta
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ziti pasta according to package directions until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
- Add the marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer half of the pasta mixture to a baking dish and top with half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Layer the remaining pasta mixture and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
You can add cooked sausage or ground beef for a meat version.
