Instructions
- Begin by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions until it reaches al dente. Once it’s ready, drain it and set it aside.
- While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced chicken breasts to the skillet and season them generously with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken until it turns golden brown and is cooked through, which should take about 5-7 minutes.
- Toss in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until you can smell that fragrant aroma filling your kitchen.
- Stir in the lemon zest and juice, then add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Serve hot, and don’t forget to garnish with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese if you like!
