Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese and almond flour until well combined.
- Add baking powder and salt (and any optional herbs or spices) and mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a flatbread.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
