Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 4 cups spinach, wilted
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Mix the ricotta cheese with spinach, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer 3 lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
  6. Add half of the ricotta mixture, half of the mozzarella, and a third of the remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
