- 6 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and add a pinch of salt.
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté until garlic is golden.
- Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with the garlic oil.
- Toss to combine and season with salt.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan, if desired.
