Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups chopped spinach
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain.
  3. Mix ricotta cheese, egg, spinach, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  6. Spoon half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
  7. Add another layer of sauce and 1/3 of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients, finishing with noodles and the final sauce topped with the remaining cheese.
