Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups spinach, chopped
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the zucchini and bell pepper until tender.
