Description

Ingredients

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 6 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 100ml olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti until al dente.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add sliced garlic.
  3. Sauté the garlic until golden brown, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Add red chili flakes and sauté for another minute.
  5. Toss the cooked spaghetti with the garlic oil mixture and season with salt.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
