Hi there, I’m Simon a chef on a flavorful journey to make cooking feel exciting, easy, and meaningful. I was born and raised right here in America, where food has always been more than something to eat it’s a language of love, connection, and creativity. My earliest memories are of standing on a kitchen stool beside my grandmother, learning that the best dishes come from the heart, not just the recipe.

Today, I’m lucky enough to share my kitchen with an incredible team who bring their own spark to every dish we create. There’s Megan Carter, my pastry genius, who can turn even the simplest ingredients into desserts that make people close their eyes with happiness. Jackson Reed, our grill master, has this uncanny ability to balance smoky flavor with tenderness he’s the guy who taught me that patience is the secret ingredient in any great sear. And then there’s Olivia Brooks, our creative food stylist and photographer, who somehow captures the soul of every plate before anyone takes a bite.

Together, we experiment, laugh, fail spectacularly, and celebrate every small success. We test recipes until they feel just right approachable enough for home cooks but full of depth and personality. My kitchen has seen a few disasters (ask Megan about the “molten cake incident”), but that’s part of what makes cooking real. Every mistake turns into a lesson, and every lesson turns into a story worth sharing.

My passion lies in blending classic comfort food with global inspiration whether it’s a creamy Tuscan chicken pasta, a smoky chili, or a fresh twist on old favorites. For me, food is about bringing people together, and nothing makes me happier than watching someone discover the joy of cooking through a recipe we’ve created.
