- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra depth of flavor, consider browning the chicken before slow cooking. The longer you cook on low, the more tender the chicken will be.
