- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a smooth dough forms, then fold in the apples and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough out into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the cream cheese evenly over the dough.
- Roll it up tightly and cut into 1-inch thick rolls.
- Place the rolls into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Blend the cream cheese and powdered sugar for the icing.
- Drizzle the icing over the warm rolls before serving.
