- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
- Gently fold in the diced apples, making sure they’re evenly distributed in the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow it to cool before dusting with powdered sugar and serving it up!
