Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Mix together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Place the chicken thighs in your crockpot and pour the sauce over them.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- In the last 30 minutes, mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry and add it to the crockpot.
- Serve the chicken over rice and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for 2-3 months.
