- 8 ounces bow tie pasta
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts (halved)
- 2 cups butternut squash (cubed)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the Brussels sprouts and butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and golden.
- Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the roasted vegetables and cooked sausage to the skillet, tossing to mix.
- Mix in the cooked pasta, ensuring everything is well coated. Adjust seasoning as needed and serve warm!
