Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Mix the mashed bananas with the melted butter until smooth.
- Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Incorporate the baking soda and salt, then gently mix in the flour until just combined.
- Prepare the dough on a floured surface, sprinkle cinnamon, roll into a log, and cut into rolls.
- Bake the rolls in the greased dish for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Make the frosting by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Frost the warm rolls with the cream cheese frosting before serving.
