Instructions
- Mash the bananas in a medium mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the eggs and mix until combined into a yellow batter.

- Pour about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.
- Cook until edges are dry and bubbles form (about 2 minutes).
- Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with maple syrup, fresh fruit, or nuts.
