Instructions
- Mash the bananas in a medium mixing bowl until smooth.

- Heat a greased skillet over medium heat.
- Pour in about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.
- Cook until edges are dry and bubbles form, about 2 minutes.
- Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with syrup, fresh fruit, or toppings of choice.
