Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
