A delicious and quick Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry recipe perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef (tender cut)
- 3–4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Oil (for cooking meat)
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Slice the beef against the grain into thin strips.
- Marinate the beef with low sodium soy sauce, cornstarch, black pepper, and baking soda.
- Prepare the sauce by combining oyster sauce, low sodium soy sauce, water, cornstarch, and brown sugar.
- Cook the marinated beef in a pan with oil until browned, then remove.
- Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for two minutes, then drain.
- Sauté the minced garlic in the same pan until golden.
- Combine the sauce with garlic and stir until it thickens.
- Finish by adding beef and broccoli back, stirring to coat in sauce.
- Serve over rice or noodles and enjoy!

Serve topped with green onions or sesame seeds for added flavor.
