  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef: In a large pot, heat the oil over medium heat and brown the beef cubes until golden.
  2. Sauté onions and garlic: Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion softens and turns translucent.
  3. Stir in flavorful ingredients: Toss in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, oregano, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Bring to a simmer: Increase the heat and bring the mixture to a simmer. Cover the pot and reduce the heat to low.
  5. Cook the beef: Let everything cook for about 90 to 120 minutes, checking occasionally.
