Ingredients

- 1 head of Romaine lettuce
- 1 cup croutons
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup Caesar dressing (made from scratch)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 anchovy fillets (optional)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop the romaine lettuce, and place it in a large salad bowl.
- Prepare the Caesar dressing by whisking together minced garlic, anchovies (if using), lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the lettuce and toss to coat evenly.
- Add croutons and shaved Parmesan cheese on top, then toss gently again.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Dress the salad just before serving to avoid wilting.
