Description

A crisp and fresh Caesar salad featuring homemade dressing, romaine lettuce, and Parmesan cheese, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup croutons
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing (made from scratch)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 anchovy fillets (optional)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce, and place it in a large salad bowl.
  2. Prepare the Caesar dressing by whisking together minced garlic, anchovies (if using), lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the lettuce and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Add croutons and shaved Parmesan cheese on top, then toss gently again.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Dress the salad just before serving to avoid wilting.
