Description

A simple yet flavorful Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and red pepper flakes.


Ingredients

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 100ml extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until the garlic is golden.
  4. Drain the spaghetti, reserving some pasta water.
  5. Toss the spaghetti in the skillet with the garlic oil, adding reserved water if needed.
  6. Season with salt and top with parsley and Parmesan before serving.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the amount of garlic and red pepper flakes according to your taste.
