Description
A crowd-pleasing beef and bean dip perfect for Super Bowl parties, served warm with tortilla chips.
Ingredients

- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 jar (16 oz) salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain excess fat, then stir in garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in black beans and corn, then add salsa. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Cover to melt, about 5 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips and toppings.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat on the stovetop or microwave.
