Ingredients

  • 6 large croissants, torn into pieces
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Butter (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Mix the softened cream cheese and blueberries in another bowl until combined.
  4. Layer the torn croissant pieces in the greased baking dish and pour the egg mixture over them.
  5. Dollop spoonfuls of the blueberry cream cheese mixture over the croissants.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and set in the middle.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
