- 6 large croissants, torn into pieces
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Butter (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Mix the softened cream cheese and blueberries in another bowl until combined.
- Layer the torn croissant pieces in the greased baking dish and pour the egg mixture over them.
- Dollop spoonfuls of the blueberry cream cheese mixture over the croissants.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and set in the middle.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
