- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 15.25 oz white cake mix (without pudding mix)
- 1 cup salted butter, cold and thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Spread the blueberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Beat the softened cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the blueberry layer.
- Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the layers.
- Slice the cold butter into very thin pats and arrange them across the top.
- Bake for about 40 minutes, until the top is golden and the blueberry filling is bubbling.
- Let the cake rest for about 15 minutes before serving.
