Buffalo Chicken Calzones

Description

Delicious calzones stuffed with tender chicken, zesty buffalo sauce, and gooey cheese wrapped in crispy pizza dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, mozzarella, blue cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into 4 equal squares.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture onto one half of each square.
  5. Fold the other half over and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the calzones with olive oil.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
