Description

Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

1/4 cup Buffalo sauce

4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. In a bowl, toss the cooked chicken with Buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

2. In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.

3. Drizzle olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper; toss to combine.
