Ingredients

- 1/4 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or vegan alternative
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Whole grain wraps or tortillas
- Lettuce or greens of choice
Instructions
- Mash the chickpeas with a fork but leave some chunks for texture.
- Mix in the hot sauce, diced avocado, Greek yogurt, celery, and red onion.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay a large wrap or tortilla flat and add a handful of lettuce or greens.
- Spoon the buffalo chickpea mixture onto the wrap.
- Roll the wrap tightly and slice in half.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge for meal prep.
Notes
