Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan so your bread doesn’t stick.
- In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until everything is combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Once done, let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
