Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan so your bread doesn’t stick.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Once done, let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
