A delightful Caesar Chicken Wrap filled with zesty dressing, crispy romaine, and tender chicken, perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup grilled chicken strips
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • 4 tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon herbs
  • Optional: additional veggies (bell peppers, cucumbers), whole wheat tortillas

Instructions

  1. Toss together romaine lettuce, grilled chicken strips, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons in a bowl until well-coated.
  2. Lay out a tortilla and place a generous portion of the salad mixture in the center.
  3. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and sprinkle some herbs on top.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides as you go.
  5. Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately, or pack it for a picnic.
