- 4 tortillas

- Optional: additional veggies (bell peppers, cucumbers), whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
- Toss together romaine lettuce, grilled chicken strips, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons in a bowl until well-coated.
- Lay out a tortilla and place a generous portion of the salad mixture in the center.
- Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and sprinkle some herbs on top.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately, or pack it for a picnic.
