Description

Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce
  • Homemade croutons
  • Caesar dressing
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Chop the Romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl.
  2. To make the homemade croutons, cube bread and toss it with olive oil, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Bake in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Prepare the Caesar dressing by mixing mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Combine the dressing with the lettuce and toss well.
  5. Add the croutons and more Parmesan on top.
  6. Serve immediately with a sprinkle of black pepper.
