- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (from one lemon)

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions
- Start by mincing the garlic finely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, anchovy paste (if using), freshly cracked pepper, brined capers, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Add the Dijon mustard to the bowl and whisk everything together until it’s well mixed.
- Next, incorporate the mayonnaise into the garlic mixture.
- Gradually pour in the olive oil while continuously whisking to combine.
- Finally, mix in the grated Parmesan cheese.
