Description

A refreshing and creamy Caesar Salad with crunchy croutons and fresh romaine lettuce, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Tear the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together the minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the romaine and toss well to coat the leaves.
  4. Add croutons and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Serve immediately as a side dish or add grilled chicken to make it a complete meal.

Notes

For best flavor and crunch, serve the salad right after tossing it, and store components separately if you have leftovers.
