Ingredients

- 1 head Romaine lettuce
- 1 cup Croutons
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Tear the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the romaine and toss well to coat the leaves.
- Add croutons and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Serve immediately as a side dish or add grilled chicken to make it a complete meal.
Notes
For best flavor and crunch, serve the salad right after tossing it, and store components separately if you have leftovers.
