Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions until it’s al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned, draining excess fat.
  3. Add the cream cheese to the skillet with the cooked beef and stir until melted and combined.
  4. Pour in the Alfredo sauce, mixing well into the creamy beef mixture. Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat.
  5. Serve hot, topped with optional Parmesan cheese and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

Don’t overcook the pasta and be generous with Cajun seasoning for best flavor.
