Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries. Cut off the tops and carefully hollow out the centers using a small knife or a fruit corer.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, breaking up any lumps.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Fill each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture using a piping bag or small spoon.
  5. Dip the tops of the strawberries into the graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
