- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 4 large lettuce leaves or low-carb tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add shredded chicken to the skillet and mix well, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken mixture in the center of each lettuce leaf or tortilla.
- Top with shredded cheese and wrap tightly.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
