  • 4 large lettuce leaves or low-carb tortillas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once the oil shimmers, add the minced garlic and sauté until it releases a heavenly aroma, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Introduce the shredded chicken to the skillet and season it with salt and pepper. Mix it all together and cook until everything is heated through, roughly 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the skillet from the heat and immediately stir in the shredded cheese. Watch it melt and coat that chicken with cheesy goodness!
  4. Place the warm chicken mixture onto the lettuce leaves or tortillas, whichever you prefer.
