Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once the oil shimmers, add the minced garlic and sauté until it releases a heavenly aroma, about 1-2 minutes.
- Introduce the shredded chicken to the skillet and season it with salt and pepper. Mix it all together and cook until everything is heated through, roughly 5 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and immediately stir in the shredded cheese. Watch it melt and coat that chicken with cheesy goodness!
- Place the warm chicken mixture onto the lettuce leaves or tortillas, whichever you prefer.
