Ingredients
2 chicken breasts or thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup shredded mozzarella
4 large tortillas
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Marinate chicken with garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
2. Heat skillet and cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
3. Let chicken rest, then slice thinly.
4. Warm tortillas, add cheese, garlic chicken, and parsley.
5. Wrap tightly and serve warm.
Notes
For extra spice, add chili flakes or cayenne.
You can swap mozzarella with cheddar or feta for different flavors.
Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in a skillet for crispiness.
