Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, broccoli florets, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix everything until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Spread it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining 0.5 cup of cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake this in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider using a blend of sharp and mild cheddar cheese. You can also experiment with adding other veggies like carrots or bell peppers.
