- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, broccoli florets, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix everything until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining 0.5 cup of cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake this in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider using a blend of sharp and mild cheddar cheese. You can also experiment with adding other veggies like carrots or bell peppers.
