- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup croutons
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill them until they’re cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Once done, let them rest for a few minutes, then slice them up.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and Caesar dressing. Toss the lettuce to ensure every piece gets a good coating of dressing.
- Add the sliced grilled chicken and croutons to the bowl. Gently mix them in with the lettuce and dressing.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top, give it one last gentle toss, and serve immediately.
Notes
For a complete meal, pair with warm garlic bread or bruschetta. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
