Description

A fresh and light Chicken Caesar Salad that combines tender grilled chicken with crisp romaine and creamy dressing, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill them until they’re cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Once done, let them rest for a few minutes, then slice them up.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and Caesar dressing. Toss the lettuce to ensure every piece gets a good coating of dressing.
  3. Add the sliced grilled chicken and croutons to the bowl. Gently mix them in with the lettuce and dressing.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top, give it one last gentle toss, and serve immediately.
