Ingredients

- 2 slices of crusty bread
- 1–2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced or shredded
- 1 cup of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup of Caesar dressing
- Parmesan cheese, for topping
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix the sliced chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the chicken mixture on one slice of bread.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Top with the other slice of bread.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Grilling the chicken adds a smoky taste.
