- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once it’s al dente, drain it and set it aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove the chicken and slice it.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Melt the grated Parmesan cheese in the skillet, mixing until a smooth, creamy sauce forms.
- Toss the cooked pasta and sliced chicken in the skillet, ensuring everything is well coated with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
