  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once it’s al dente, drain it and set it aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove the chicken and slice it.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  5. Melt the grated Parmesan cheese in the skillet, mixing until a smooth, creamy sauce forms.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta and sliced chicken in the skillet, ensuring everything is well coated with the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
