Cheesy, comforting Chicken Parm Casserole with crispy chicken, tangy marinara, and gooey mozzarella – perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts, cut into halves
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 cup marinara sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Season chicken with spices, dredge in breadcrumbs.
3. Bake chicken for 20 minutes until golden.
4. In a casserole dish, layer marinara, chicken, and cheese.
5. Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
6. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes until bubbly.
7. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chili flakes.
Substitute chicken thighs for extra juiciness.
