Description

A hearty blend of tender chicken, fresh basil, and zesty tomatoes, perfect for family gatherings or intimate dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Fresh basil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 can (14 oz) Canned tomatoes or 4 fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Stir in tomatoes and Italian herbs.
  6. Simmer for about 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Stir in fresh basil just before serving.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Serve over al dente pasta, with a side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
