- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Fresh basil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 can (14 oz) Canned tomatoes or 4 fresh tomatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet.
- Cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in tomatoes and Italian herbs.
- Simmer for about 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in fresh basil just before serving.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
