Instructions

  1. Combine lime juice, chili powder, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until no longer pink inside.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve with rice, veggies, or in tacos.
