Description

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup Chipotle honey sauce
  • 1 cup Smoked gouda cheese, shredded
  • 2 large Potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken thighs in chipotle honey sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Place marinated chicken thighs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Peel and chop potatoes, then boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Drain potatoes, return to pot, and mash with butter, milk, smoked gouda, salt, and pepper.
  6. Serve chicken over smoked gouda mashed potatoes, drizzling any remaining sauce over the top.

Notes

For a milder sauce, reduce chipotle honey. Use fresh herbs for enhanced flavor. Adjust milk for creamier mashed potatoes.
