- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups (340g) semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Combine the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl and beat until creamy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is incorporated before adding the next, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, until golden brown edges form and centers are soft.
- Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
