Ingredients
1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut (optional)
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cherry pie filling, crushed pineapple, and sweetened condensed milk.
2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well incorporated.
3. Add mini marshmallows, coconut, and nuts if using, and stir until evenly distributed.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until chilled and set.
